Do you know a Canine Hero? Why not nominate them today!

Submissions must include:

• A non-returnable photo of the dog
• A short description (no more than 500 words) on why your dog is a canine hero
• Dogs call name, registered name (if applicable), breed, age and sex
• Owner/nominator name(s), address, phone number and email address
• Video entry of 30 secs – 1 min (optional)
